A very well maintained architect designed villa in a quiet location just on the outskirts of the traditional Valencian village of Estivella.
"La Escalera" is a detached villa with a lovely garden and fantastic private pool to enjoy the mild Spanish climate, and panoramic views over the orange groves to the hills of the Sierra Espadan. The house enjoys considerable privacy and quiet as it is 1 of only 5 houses in a cul-de-sac and has a large pool.

Estivella - the local village
Estivella is 25 mins by car from Valencia "Manises" airport and the city centre. The lovely sandy beach at Canet d'En Berenguer is only 15 mins drive. It is possible to manage here without a car as there is a rapid and reliable bus service to and from Valencia and a local railway station. There are frequent trains from Sagunto direct to Valencia city centre for sightseeing.
Rental rates 2007/2008
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling per week for up to 6 people. For shorter stays or weekend breaks the minimum stay is 3 nights, please enquire for prices. Reductions available for couples in low season - please ask!
